Avenn (“we”, “us”) is an AI life-coaching app published by Wolf Codes. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We built Avenn to be useful without harvesting your life — we collect the minimum needed to run the coaching experience.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and an authentication identifier, to sign you in and sync across devices. On the web you can talk anonymously, with no account at all.
- Coaching content: the messages you send your coach and the AI’s replies, your selected coach, focus areas, and lightweight cross-session notes (recurring themes, current focus) so the coach remembers context between sessions.
- Subscription status: whether you’re on the Free or Pro plan and your weekly session usage.
Payments are processed by Apple; we never see your card details.
What we do NOT collect
No advertising identifiers, no ad tracking, no selling of data — ever. No location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or health data.
How your data is used
- To generate coaching responses. Messages are sent to our AI providers (Anthropic, and as fallbacks Groq and Google) solely to produce your coach’s reply. They are not used to train third-party models.
- To remember context across your sessions so coaching improves over time.
- To enforce plan limits (Free = 1 session per week).
Where it’s stored
Your data is stored in our managed Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with row-level security so you can only access your own records. Data is encrypted in transit.
Your choices
- Delete your data: email us from your account address and we’ll delete your profile, sessions, and messages.
- Manage your subscription: in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Not a medical service
Avenn is not a medical, mental-health, or crisis service. In a crisis, contact a professional or a local crisis line (Canada 1-833-456-4566 · US 988).
