What is Avenn?+
An AI life coach. You pick one of four coaching styles and talk through habits, career, relationships, and direction. Your coach remembers context across sessions.
What do Free and Pro include?+
Free includes 1 coaching session per week (unlimited messages within that session). Pro ($14.99/month) gives unlimited sessions and lets you switch coaches any time.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?+
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Avenn. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the period ends.
I paid but I’m still on Free.+
Open Profile → “Restore purchases.” If it still doesn’t unlock, email us with the Apple ID email used and we’ll fix it.
How do I delete my account and data?+
Email us from your account address and we’ll delete your profile, sessions, and messages.
Is Avenn a therapist?+
No. Avenn is not a medical or mental-health service and isn’t a substitute for professional care. In a crisis, contact a professional or a hotline (Canada 1-833-456-4566 · US 988).
