By using Avenn, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

The service

Avenn is an AI life-coaching app. It provides conversational coaching generated by AI models. Coaching is for personal growth and informational purposes only.

Not professional advice

Avenn is not a medical, mental-health, legal, or financial service, and is not a substitute for a licensed professional. Do not rely on it for decisions requiring professional judgment. In an emergency or crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis line (Canada 1-833-456-4566 · US 988).

Accounts

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 13 (or your region’s minimum digital-consent age). Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break security, no abuse of the AI to generate harmful content.

Subscriptions & billing

Free includes one full coaching session per day (your first week is unlimited). Avenn Pro is an auto-renewing subscription at $14.99/month (or $59.99/year) for unlimited sessions. Your card is charged at checkout through our payment processor, Stripe, and the subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the billing portal: enter the email you checked out with to update your card, view invoices, or cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancellations within 14 days of a charge are eligible for a full refund: email [email protected] and we will process it. After 14 days, no refund is issued for remaining time. Intellectual property

Avenn and its branding belong to Wolf Codes Inc. Your coaching content belongs to you; you grant us the limited right to process it to provide the service.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Wolf Codes Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Avenn.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
